I have been plagued by Tinnitus for 30 some odd years. I have been exposed to explosions, gunshots, extremely loud music and certain Medications that exacerbate the problem. Those times when I think can't take any more I will swallow a 5mg Valium, a scrip for 30 lasts a year or more. I am starting Lipo-flavonoid a couple days ago. I have great hope this will help.

I took Lipo Flavonid for a month and didnt think it was doing anything. Then i forgot to take it for a couple of days and noticed the volume went up.I started again and a couple days later the volume reduced back to where it was.So i guess it has helped me.Try it and give it some time.Take 2 pills 3 times a day for the first 2 months with food. After 2 months they say to reduce to 1 pill 3 times a day.Beat of luck to you.Paul

I am into Lipo-flavonoids for a week now, seems to be a little less intense, we shall see.

Any particular event started your T? Or was it more like a slow process

Started with a gunshot in an enclosed concrete room in 1985 or so, couldn't hear for several hours even though we shouted at each other, no use, completely unable to hear. I don't think I ever completely recovered. Over the years, loud music, loud engines and certain Meds took its toll. I think it was a slow process, exacerbated by all the above. My Dad complained about it his whole life and he went through the same external events as I did.

I think the barometric pressure has a impact, if I am confined indoors and there is nothing to occupy myself with it seems to be more aggravating.
