Tinnitus and the Neck

My tinnitus is related to neck spasms. I used to have a very poor posture and been working on it with therapists for quite a while. My body is resisting the muscular changes and lately got trapped nerve in the scalenes. So pain in chest arm and scapular area. Stress is feeding into this making things worse and indeed tight neck muscles also irritating sinuses causing congestion.

Can anyone relate to this and what are they doing to help? Be most grateful to know.
