Tinnitus, Hearing Loss After Streching?

Was half awake in bed. Still part dreaming, so I stretched gently by putting my arms above my head. The result? Lost hearing and horrible T spike. I feel like shit.

Why the hell did this happen?

 

What exactly are you feeling when you say that you lost hearing?

 

If we only knew CH. Stop doing that.
We have too many questions with no answers.

The ambient levels of specific noises around me go down by noticeable amount. Especially very high pitched or very low pitched sounds. Everything just feels quieter.

My ears also feel like someone bore a hole through them, or they will feel painful. And I will have a strange dizziness, because the sounds around me are not being processed the right me to inform me of my body position.
