I'm still learning about my TMJ, but I currently have a numb sort of feeling between my jaw and my lips (So basically the cheek area). It doesn't seem fully number and feels as though it's a radiating numb feeling (as in it feels okay for a second or two and then goes numb for another 3o or so, And repeats).

Does anyone else get this with TMJ?

      God knows
At my acute onset of TMJD, I used to have pins & needles along my cheeks and temples. It is like having insects crawling along my face, amongst the other symptoms. It was scary but somehow those went away. Many years on, I still get that occasionally.

I've never experienced numbness but every once in a while I will get a sharp stabbing pain in my ears that typically only lasts a second or two and then goes away.
