I walked straight into a door like an idiot and it caught the side of my head and my head is killing me

      Will this worsen my tinnitus?

      Regards Cillian

The collision with the door? No, it was not strong enough. The increase should have occurred right away.
The anxiety caused by the fear of a T worsening can worsen the T, though.
You must get your nerves under control, no matter how prone to anxiety you are. The situation calls for it.

Yes, hang in Cillian! If you need to watch some calming videos meanwhile, try Julian Cowan Hill on youtube. Even just listening to him during the first few weeks was so helpful to me, as he has a very calming influence/voice and just helped with my thinking to get me through the days. The anxiety needs to be brought down. You can do it. And keep sharing here for support. Sending you warm thoughts!
