Whooshing Sounds in Back of Head When I Stand

As the title says... not sure if this is even pulsatile tinnitus but you never know.

I have a severe fever by the way and this started during the fever's onset.

So do you think I‘m describing pulsatile tinnitus or is hearing your „blood“ completely normal when you are sick?

So far I have had no help from 3 SEPARATE DOCTORS
What is lessening the symptoms for today is Swimmers Ear Prevention putty
You can get it at Walmart for about 5 bucks
You mold the putty into a ball then flatten it on the ear that is swooshing
Make sure the putty does not enter he ear canal. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

Also try noise canceling headphones the kind that are bulky
Just wearing them helps me
When the swooshing flares up I put on music usually nature sounds or thunderstorms just to keep some noise going and allows me to still have conversations with people
In busy areas like crosswalks or when I'm driving I will leave the background nature sounds on in one ear ONLY so the other ear is free to listen to the outside world and ensure a level of safety
