Whooshing

Hi im Darren and recently joined this forum, for the last 3 months I have been experiencing a Whoosing sound in my left ear which is almost always constant, although accasionally the sound goes if I tilt my head back a little, I've seen my doctor and he has told me its tinnitus and nothing can be done, I would welcome any feed back please.

We do have a Pulsatile Tinnitus section of the forum you might want to look at; everyone there calls it "whooshing" as well. It's not completely true that nothing can be done for P.T..
