    I went to see Wicked with 3 kids. I wore my earplugs and just Sony headphones. I didn't wear the headphones for most of the movie until the end...

    Always the worse for me too. Usually with rining and headace. It will go down. Had a spike with T today from loudness so hoping that goes down.

    Coffee affects mee more than alcohol. Also colds, stiff neck and anti inflamatories like asprin aggravate it. Pretty loud today.
