I think I might have unknowingly had T my whole life. I thought everyone heard that high pitch but low volume ringing in a quiet room. I have always slept with a fan, tv, or some form of noise on at night because I would hear a high pitched continuous noise if I did not. Recently though my T has gotten much worse. Right now I can hear it over my fan. It seems to come and go currently. I'll have times when I hear nothing and then times like right now when it's a constant high pitched ringing at about 5/10 in volume I'd guess.
