Tinnitus Sufferer — Please I Need Help & Advice

Yea me too. I always try and say oh this is why it is worse today than yesterday because I did that. But I think I am just kidding myself. The other day I got stupid and ate 3 very sweet doughnuts and for the next few days it was bad. When it quieted down I thought yea that was it. But its back...

Ears ringing permanantly, but I still love playing music, argh!

I know. I always worry someone will see me with a rolled up leaf stuck in my ears.Yea it seems it always goes back down again. I would say though it stays at a higher pitch for more days than a lower one. Like this morning for instance. When I woke I listened for it and it was for sure at a...

Johnny Winter was the main culprit. For years and years, I knew my ears rang but I never thought to...

Hi Louise. Yes he says over the years his ears got worse but he doesnt elaborate if or what he has done about it. But he still gets in front of a drummer and a stack of amps which you would think would make it out of control. Yea I first noticed it in the 80,s and only occasionally thought about...

I just read Pete Townsends book. He has had tinnitus for around 40 years. he describes in the book about it getting worse. But yet he has always played his music. he doesnt say in the book how or what he does to not make it worse which was dissapointing
