Then my Tinnitus must be muscle related, because i can hear it disappear and then come back louder, then go back to normal.

My T has declined significantly, may be just my type of T but it was quite loud the first months, but it is a fraction of what it used to be. He is a Manual therapist

Ok so in september of 2014 I went to the shooting range with my friend. when I came home i noticed a slight ringing in my left ear. I thought that it was because of the shooting (I wore earplugs) and went to bed. When I woke up the ringing was louder, and I became very frightened and panic...
