Thanks for the replies folks.... I have tried the various sounds but they don't seem to do it for me....or I am using them wrong... Was finally able to fall asleep last night for a few minutes and T volume went way down....so I went to bed hoping to get some much needed sleep....unfortunately...

Hi Folks, I have had tinnitus for many years and it was just a mild annoyance....then on 3/12/17 I went deaf in the left ear...the ENT doc cleaned out a lot of wax and put me on prednisone. Got about 30-40% of the hearing back over the next 2 weeks....but what happens next is disturbing...
