My tinnitus was mild and caused by Ménière’s disease. Then the COVID-19 vaccine made it worse and Klonopin made it suicidal. -

Yes I got hyperacusis from it too! I have so many tones I’m miserable. Almost ended it yesterday. I don’t see it being better. The electric buzz, hiss and squeals are terrible. -

It’s the benzo. Those sounds are same as mine from Klonopin. I was on it 6 weeks, tapered 9 weeks, and got hit hard. When did you finish the taper? -

I think it spiked after two days. It was gone a day or two after finishing the medication. Probably a 20% spike. -

Only antibiotic that spiked me was Erythromycin and it was temporary.
