can sleeping on your stomach affect the tinnitus in anyway...also i want to take zinc pill to help heal my ear does any1 know if that help or hurt with tinnitus...should i sleep on my back or stomach, i normally sleep on my stomach

Thanks Glynis.... i went to my doctor appointment and they basically told me i healthy but i should just make a appointment with a ENT(Ear, Nose, Throat Doctor) But because it Holiday season they dont have anything for me til April?!?! So after hearing that i called up my insurance to find...

lol got a few more hours before i got to the doctor but hopefully i wont need a drink after... dont worry il keep you guys updated hoping for good news

thanks for all the support heading to the doctor in a few hours...hoping for the best..my ringing wasnt that bad when i woke up barely heard it. i dont know if it was because of the masker sound i had on or its fading..but il let you guys know how the doctor went.. until then wish me good luck.

hi Ceauses and thank for replying. i hear the ringing all the time 24/7. the ringing is a steady 7 out of 10 since it started i think because i live other people i hear something all the time to counter it i guess but i still hear it. the ringing hasnt fade at any point and it been the same...

thank for replying guys and to answer David question i first started hearing the ringing after sneezing then i hear a loud pop sound and had the ringing in my ear since then...i didnt listen to loud music or anything like that i was just in bed. also to answer Natalie question i think i got it...
