Been dealing with Tinnitus for a long time. It recently shot up on me. Not doing great. Have a bunch of doc appts to try and sort it out. New TMJ jaw tinnitus to deal with also. I'm trying to get a good axiety med to even me out without worsening the T. I do feel a little better when I read about others dealing with what I have and that I'm not alone.
