I'm a clinical social worker working with young children and I can honestly say those cognitive behavioral (CBT) skills are really being used and tested.

Recently diagnosed with pulsatile tinnitus in right ear. I am unsure what treatment route I will take, for now I will live with the pulsating sounds...:cautious:
