Lately I’ve been having a lot of negative thoughts. Like why is this happening to me and not everyone else?

Feel free to say hello, I’m active more lately. I’m a 6 year T veteran. I would say overall the last 2 years I have been winning the battle.

I have been very close to writing a success story in the last year but somehow keep reverting back to a tough place.

Going through another spike. ARGH. I was feeling great for the first 2 weeks of march - i hope to return to this.

first 2 months of 2022 T has been pretty good. Little bit of a spike right now, but it will go down.

Been struggling in December - lots of fleeting T. I've been through spikes before though and I always come out on the other side.

Experienced some fleeting T on the weekend that was scary, but seem to be doing better now.

There is more to T than being caused by noise damage - if noise damage caused T - everybody I know would have it. What is it?

Thought I had beaten this thing- I have rarely been at all bothered by T in the last year - but since Thurs - ears feel clogged + spike.

Fyi, weight loss doesn’t help T. Met my goal weight of 205.. lost 90 lbs in 7 months, no change to T.
