Hi everyone my name is clarice I have had tinnitus for 15 years however I habituated for ten of those I'm 48 from England and I have tried many supplements to help my tinnitus all to no avail really my tinnitus has recently spiked with an awful loudness and masking is not helping I'm not sleeping well atall I believe my tinnitus has changed in pitch to a morse code like noise looking for help here
