    Update: unfortunately my luck with black seeds did not last long. A couple of days. Then I went back to spikes in tinnitus. So: the search for a treatment or cure continues. Never give up, I’d like to think.

    Chewing the Blackseed, rather than obtaining it in capsule or liquid form, sends the oils and vapors directly, immediately to passages in the nose and onto the inner ear. Thus, my experience: immediate relief from the overpowering noise that drives the tinnitus sufferer crazy.
