Starting Ambroxol today for severe tinnitus, hyperacusis, and noxacusis. I’ll begin with 75 mg once a day and plan to increase the dosage after one week.

Has anyone tried NAD (nicotinamide riboside) from Elysium in their product “Basis”? It also contains pterostilbene, with 250 mg of NAD in crystalline form and 50 mg of pterostilbene. I’m particularly curious if the pterostilbene might be ototoxic. Does anyone have insights or experience with this?
