    I am glad I came across this, just using the application with white noise being generated is great to have running and really makes a great distraction. I need to do some more of this.

    End of the Line

    I am feeling at wits end myself. I have had 3.5 days of this and it rings all day except under flourescent lights where my chiro did something with my neck muscles and really screwed things up. I am hoping to talk to someone else.

    Gabapentin (Neurontin)

    For me, I take 300 mg at night to help with sleep and definitely desensitizes it for me where I can sleep for a few hours.

    The issue I have is it proved a negative effect as soon as I did it, not sure what exactly it did but I now have much worse T than I used to and after 48 hours not too much has changed. I could stand it when it wasn't ringing even with music or stuff on but this just made it worse.

    I did find a quick session quite relaxing but it seemed to have suddenly provoked tinnitus in my left ear where it was just silent or not very noticeable. Anyone ever have that happen where it has gotten worse after a treatment?
