  Day 1 of microdosing: no positive or negative effects. Taking niacine felt like rubbing tiger balm all over my face.

    Day 8/9/10: I've switched to a 1 day on 1 day off schedule instead of 4/3. Still no noticeable changes.

    Day 16: no significant changes, not getting any Niacine anymore even at 100mg. Not upping it beyond that.

    Day 24: still no changes while MDing. Going to reset my tolerance for 2 weeks and then try a normal dose (8g of truffles).
