I got a super loud freight train noise in both ears I've had tinnitus since 1974 in the US Army. The noise would come and go for years a hummin noise. But in 2011 it turned into a loud freight train noise so loud all I can do is listen to 6 noise machine or my iPad with downpour rain noises...
