I've used Rescue Remedy in the past but found it hasn't really worked. That's all I've tried. :-/

I've had an awful night. Woke up around 3am with the most horrendous pressure and ringing. It has not been this bad since January. I'm assuming it's because of the meds (which I also took briefly in Jan - citalopram) I vommitted and panicked like crazy, I could not calm down and could not sleep...

Yeh it's 10.30pm. I thought the Sertraline had helped but I suppose it will take a few days. I just wish I could pull myself out of this and get over it.

Hi, I don't know whether it went away but I certainly didn't notice it for a while. The doctor seems to think it's related to possible fluid behind the ear. I think the fluid would have gone by now if it was there. He's given me decongestants (which i've had before and haven't worked) to try...

He's given me decongestant, antihistamines and Sertaline (?) anti-anxiety. One of the side effects can be ringing in the ears :-/ I need something to help but I'm scared of taking it incase it makes it worse or completely screws up my ears even more :-(

Yes it does feel like that. The pressure in my head is awful and the crackling/popping just reminds me that I have this when I manage to ignore it.

Does anybody else experience a sort of popping/crackling sensation in the ears/nose/sinus region? Not all the time but now and then. My ears pop randomly too.
