With Remeron, the less the dosage, the better it works for sleep issues.

Trazodone started my tinnitus a year ago. Lately because of a tinnitus spike I started taking Mirtazapine 7.5 mg a day. I took it for 1 month and the tinnitus really improved, however I had to quit because of the sudden onset of visual problems. I hope they'll go away soon.
