Not only do I have tinnitus but I also suffer many loud noises in my head. This hampers my hearing and am finally looking at getting hearing aids....sure hope it helps diminish the noises if I do!
At certain times the noises are worst than other times but still don't know what sets it off. I use 'tappiing', I use brain sync tones, mp3s I purchased online, and meditation.
When prescribed penicillin 2 months ago for a bad cold & possibly a flu virus I noticed after the 10 days of taking them the loud noises greatly diminished for about 3-4 weeks. It was almost heaven. But they are all back now, the motor like sounds, tinnitus, loud noise!
I wonder if this could this be a virus or bacteria or parasite thing...maybe?!?!
Well I hope something is discovered for it soon because I'm tired of it! My hope now is that just maybe I can learn tricks or cures from you in this forum .
