Last status was pretty bad, heh. Pulsatile tinnitus cleared up. Normal tinnitus behaves itself. Feeling as fine as you can in 2020.

Spiraling badly. Life was getting good, tinnitus receded... and now pulsatile tinnitus, out of the blue?! Panic, insomnia again

...And now a spiking night. 12 days in with the restarted Lenire treatment; apparently, spikes are normal at this point. Still annoying

Yesterday, following Lenire my worst noise was gone for 30-45 mins. Then was also absent at bedtime. Too early to tell but reason to hope?

Had an exceptionally quiet night. I stayed up just to listen to the (relative) quiet. Maybe fluctuation, maybe Lenire, but it was great
