Not sure if T has lowered more. My reaction to it has improved(being busy helps). Enjoying music safely again. Success story is nearing!
Right ear is crackling when swallowing,spasming (ttts I think?) , right jaw side cracks when opening my mouth. Worse than T rn

Took an iron supplement for two consecutive days and volume seems lower. I used to have iron deficiency, but not sure if it's placebo
