It could be, but it usually dies down to around 2/10 during the day. It is usually covered up by background sound. It is usually worse at night, ranging from 6-8/10. It was worse when I first got it, it was constantly just a really loud ringing..

It's been a few years since I've been on a plane...my ears are usually only affected after long flights, any idea where I can get these ear plugs ( or earplanes) in Ireland .Also,I usually chew gum while the plane is taking off and landing,I was told that stops your ears from popping years ago...

Yeah...the plane small, I'm flying in an Airbus 747 or something like that...although from what I remember their not that loud. I'm gonna buy ear plugs just in case

@glynis I have been worrying about it, my doctor did say stress would make it worse, she told me to see how it is over the summer and go back to her around August,should I wait or go now?
