Thanks I will look into it. I stopped Lipitor for 3 weeks, thinking maybe the tinnitus would go away after the statins were out of my system. No luck.

Hello, New to this site and hope for help. Two years ago started taking generic lipitor. Soon the ringing started, all the time. My reading showed that statins can cause the problem. I have to take statins but is there anything that can help with tinitus or another medication to replace...
