Isn't it funny that before my tinnitus, I had pretty bad insomnia? Now I wished that I just had insomnia.
Have tinnitus since I was 20. Went to a concert once in my life, so safe to say, sound exposure didn't cause it. No hearing loss. No dizziness. No pain. Have random spikes once in a while. Such as wind blowing out of my ears. Popping or wooshing. Or a low vibration and frequency WITH my high-pitched tinnitus. Basically, my tinnitus shifts from being passive-aggressive to being vocal like a barking chihuahua.
Might have TMJ, results pending.
