Jerry Gee

My "Friend" (Tinnitus) has been with me for more than 67 years; we have become quite accustomed to one another during that time. Because of our enduring relationship, I have come to ignore him most of the time (as he ignores me ALL of the time!) The only occasion that he really bothers me is at night when I'm trying to go to sleep. Every now and then he will increase his "singing" voice, but he's definitely not trying to lullaby me to la la land. For the past 10 years, I have had to wear hearing aids during the day, and then I don't hear a peep out of him; I think he's tired of having that little rubber cone shoved into him. Well, that's my story, and I'm sticking to it.
