Just started on taurine 48 hours ago. I think I am getting some reprieve? I am not mega dosing like some of you though. I may try ramping up to a higher dose and see what that does.

Well it is good to hear that it went well. My biggest concern is whether I can do a bike race in early August. My Dr. Says "SURE~! why not?" While I am reading all over the place that you can't do anything that exerts yourself for 6+ weeks. That would suck more than the surgery.

I am having something called Corneal Cross Linking done. It is done to try and stop a condition called Kertaconos from worsening. What it does is strengthen the cornea and keeps it from misshaping anymore than it already has. In some cases it even improves ones eyesight from what it was pre-op...

This is just a quick vent, please ignore me. I get to have two eye surgeries in the next 5 months. On a positive note, I am sure it will take my mind off of my tinnitus for a few hours each time.

Does anyone feel that their arthritis and tinnitus go hand in hand? Reason I ask is that a change in seasons is always a killer for my bum knee and ankles, but it would see my tinnitus is coming along for the ride this year. Thoughts? Cheers, Krispin

CBD doesn't make my tinnitus louder, but it does improve my sleep, which is when my tinnitus bothers me the most. I am not waking up in the middle of the night and listening to it for an hour or more before falling back to sleep. I just power though the night and getting a good nights sleep.

Unfortunately, it would seem for the majority of people CBD oil does not help with the Tinnitus.

Woke up to silence... There you go. Have the Dr. Prescribe sleep and lots of it. I would be all over that.
