Lived in west Michigan my entire life. Went to Western Michigan U to be a social worker. Only child. Parents both died when I was quite young. Married, but, no children.

Had to quit my job 4 and a half years ago due to the tinnitus. Could no longer concentrate or hear well enough. Was constantly nervous and tired due to lack of sleep. Tried to find something easier for 2 years and then applied for disability.

T started after having neck pain. Have gone to a pt, tried multiple supplements. Have sen 3 ENTs. Gone to a couple chiropractors. T is getting worse; especially at night.

Feel like I have lost my life and have no hope for a better future. Been severely depressed for the past couple weeks. Then again, I live in an area that has very little sunshine in the winter and am ready for some nice weather.

Do try to stay active in my church, go to a senior exercise class, and manage day to day activities for the most part. Finances keep us from doing much with both my husband and I on disability. He had a stroke 12 years ago.

That's about it for me!
