52 y/o fe wanting to enjoy life again....which is estate sales, reading, short trips..and swimming. This is a new condition for me (Jan/16)...and the anxiety (Will I have this forever)..sucks! Hoping for variety of methods for coping...some hope for future, and maybe I'll be rid of this soon.
