I have tried Mirtazapine. I haven’t noticed much difference during the day. Maybe slightly louder tinnitus at night, but I’m not sure. I do sleep a lot better, though.

Thanks for the answer. I also hit my head several years ago. I tried seeing a naprapath who did some neck adjustments. That turned out to be a bad idea. My tinnitus and ear fullness have both gotten worse, even one month later. I will try to take it easy and protect my ears. Thanks again.
