Very sad to hear about Larry! My T is the same...it is cyclic and is absolutely related to sleep cycles. It began after I had surgery in June, 2014. I think that the anesthetic was a trigger - not sure how, but I do believe it's related. I usually have no perception of T for 2 days then...
