    Update: after breathing warm vapours with some decongestant oil in it, my hearing and tinnitus both hugely improved. The ear crackling has also improved, but not as much. I don't think I can do much more, hopefully it will resolve with time.

    Well as always, to me at least, it's extremely hard to tell if anything gave me an improvement or not, as so many things play a role in tinnitus. Unfortunately the 2nd injection was cancelled and I don't know if I'm going to go ahead with them, given the price and that I'm not really disturbed...

    Managed to get my first out of 3 injection today, it was just fine! My tongue is a bit numb now, but I feel ok. Unfortunately the ENT didn't want to do it in both ears, so I only did it on the ear that rings the most. I'll keep you updated.

    So after my 9th/10th session I got really positive about it and I felt like I had a really good improvement, but then on the weekend the tinnitus got worse again, as it was before. I've done 14 sessions in total and I've decided to stop now. So I don't know if I got any improvement from HBOT...

    I have finally found a doctor who accepted to try it (costs quite a bit), I think I'll go in next week, but he suggested for one ear only.

It's hard to say for sure as psychology (and spontaneous healing) plays a huge role in tinnitus and I'm aware of it but the last 3 days it's been bothering less and less and there has been loads of moments when it was quiet...
