I finally found the cause of my pulsatile tinnitus after more than three years. Unfortunately, I have been told it is an arteriovenous malformation (AVM), a web of vessels on the brain near the sigmoid sinus. I am currently waiting for a referral to Neurosurgery. Has anyone else gone through this?

I have tried Cinnarizine medication and it has made a dramatic improvement in a matter of a few days
