Sorry everyone. Next time i will just post once. I think takes awhile for my post to go through so i keep resending. I hope you're all enjoying this Christmas break!
@Jazzer you are an amazing jazz musician. Omg! Clapping! I wish your tinnitus would go away. My uncle saw a Chinese Dr and told him he needs to improve his kidneys health. Maybe kidney tonic pills may help you. Such a shame. But wow. Very entertaining :)

I forgot to introduce myself. I suffer from tinnitus and hyperacusis from being too close to a loud speaker 30 Sep 2017. It's almost 3 months. I was devastated being a musician and cried daily for the first 2 months. I would say things started to improve around the six week...
Hi Buggie, for me, once you get used to first 6 weeks of T and H, it will be less troubling. My H i would say improved 40% since couple months ago so it is healing but slowly. I find best to sleep on my back as sleeping on side adds more pressure and fullness to ears. Eat healthy, stay busy...
Sorry to hear that Paf. I am not an expert but if i were you, i would try to sleep well for at least couple nights in a row. Maybe see if that helps to heal.
