    I have these symptoms for 4 years now. Brain mri is clean. They thought its my neck tension doing it. but nothing helped i went to massages,chiropractor & physical therapy. It comes and goes. any update?

    I also have had a low frequency hum for 2 years now. It sounds exactly like there´s a faint sound of a car engine somewhere outside near my house.
