I did try ordering their tinnitus remedy, the charge appeared on my card but I never received the item. I asked for a credit but never received a reply. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. And by the way, the product was shipped from India even though they list California...

Yep, sometimes it works for me too but sometimes it seems to make things worse. And when it does make it better, it seems that later in the day when it wears off it becomes worse. I read a study that concludes that coffee has not ill effect on tinnitus but we still need to question.

I've had tinnitus for as long as I can remember. I'm 63 and first became aware of it in my 20's. I think it came about from a combination of life style imbalances including - loud music, stress, liver disease, drug use (both recreational and medicinal). I can't believe the medical community...
