I volunteer with different animal rescue groups. also like to play chess.(recently started playing speed chess b/c it's difficult to concentrate on long games with T). Also planning on getting back into powerlifting.

Today was the worst yet! Much louder than ever. Luckily my fiance was great keeping me distracted. Just wanted to ask if most people with T have surges like this? Or is this going to keep getting worse. Doing my best to stay positive.

Hey Glenn. Relatively new to this myself. Hardly slept for two months. My fiance bought me a sound machine last week. Working great , we both fall asleep within 5 minutes. Still having an extremely hard time dealing with this during the day when it's quiet. But at least i can sleep now.
