I have no pain right in TMJ. I just assume that my T could be caused by TMJ's disease. I did not know that most can modulate T by moving the jaw or neck. I was not exposed to noise, I did not eat any harmful ototoxic drugs. Your T is one-sided or two-sided? What is the tone of your T?
