Could you explain how you feel Eustachian tube stickiness? Quite a few folks have crackle sounds in ear due to ETD. Do you feel any liquid trickling / tickling in ears?
By eating few hours before sleep you can avoid acid reflux. Also avoid midnight...
Noise-induced tinnitus -> the vaccines have no effect on the tinnitus.
Others -> esp. ETD-induced tinnitus -> the vaccines aggravate the tinnitus.

Oscar got tinnitus because of COVID-19. You had tinnitus before COVID-19 and it spiked your tinnitus. Chances are yours might go to baseline faster.
Very much possible. Some folks even getting COVID-19 vaccinations develop middle ear fluid and get tinnitus.
If your tinnitus is fluctuating, there is good chance it will reduce.
There are great chances that your tinnitus will subside. Physicians consider three months as chronic tinnitus.

Folks, are floaters there in both eyes or only the side where tinnitus is? Recently I see them on side where my tinnitus is. Any chance some somatic issue causes both on the same side?
When does the transient hearing loss occur? Did you get the 20 dB hearing loss diagnosis at ENT?
Earwax impaction moving around in the ear can cause transient hearing issues.
