Some days are better than others. If I keep busy it helps. It seems like a type of hypersensitivity to certain frequencies. I hope some day it will lessen or go away completely.
I think have similar symptoms. My one ear responds to high pitched sounds with a reactive whistle/ring. I do ok in a quiet room. Unfortunately, the world is a noisy place. If anyone has any treatment or coping ideas it would be appreciated.
I also have TMD. Bite splints at night and physical therapy for tmj disorder are very helpful. Examples would be jaw muscle stretches, heat applications, and massages of tight muscles.
