Tinnitus Fades in Early Morning in Semi-Conscious State: Debunks the Damaged Hair Cells Theory

Same thing here. Some mornings I would wake up and have no perceived T until I start listening for it, then it ramps up and louder over next few seconds. Maybe if I never thought about it, it wouldn't exist, but alas, my mind always does a mental T check first thing in the morning like...

My Tinnitus Is Gone! I Had It Since 2015 from Microsuction

Now THIS is what I call a successful story!! Thanks for sharing and hopefully you stick around a little to give hope to the rest of us :rockingbanana:

My Tinnitus Is Gone! I Had It Since 2015 from Microsuction

Did it just completely disappear one day or slowly over time? If it was sudden disappearance, do you remember doing anything different that day?

Lenire — Bimodal Stimulation Treatment by Neuromod

I have been following this thread for a while now and reading all the user experiences has really killed my hope for this device. I'm now convinced Lenire's self-reported 70% success rate is a lie and they actually are no better than placebo. And for some even worse than that.

Lenire — Bimodal Stimulation Treatment by Neuromod

You'd be surprised how little PhDs know outside of their very specific field. I work with senior electrical engineers that don't know how to check their car tire pressure. I had to help one of them check it!

Lenire — Bimodal Stimulation Treatment by Neuromod

The latency can vary in the same unit due to the varying distance of the headphone, the signal strength of the receiver, the buffering time and codec used to compress the audio. A Bluetooth codec such as AAC has an average of 350ms latency. That is high enough that if you are watching a fast...

Lenire — Bimodal Stimulation Treatment by Neuromod

I'm curious how Lenire can work off signal timing based on the very precise millisecond timing between sounds and tongue zap... ...but then uses Bluetooth headphones? Which has a very high latency in hundreds of milliseconds and it's not a constant latency too. It fluctuates and very difficult...

Lenire — Bimodal Stimulation Treatment by Neuromod

Good to hear these great feedback!! I actually came across this news article today about a neuromodulation device available in Canada, and I was like omg they approved Lenire here?? (I'm from Canada). Turns out it's a different device aimed at traumatic brain injury but same concept at trying...

Noise-Canceling Headphones Making Tinnitus Worse/Flare It Up?

@Methos1979 I actually returned my Bose QC35s after a month due to aggravated T after extended use. It could just be me being paranoid, but it definitely felt louder. I think the NC is actually TOO good. You can feel a vacuum/pressure change when the NC is on high. I actually switched to...

Tinnitus Lasting 10+ Years After One Day at the Shooting Range

Hey you wanna buy my bottle of T B-GONE? Just because you dont know it, doesn't mean it's not a known cure

Tinnitus Lasting 10+ Years After One Day at the Shooting Range

Did you even read what I wrote? YES YOU CAN SAY THAT because there isn't a known cure. Same way you can say there is no cure for AIDs just because you dont know about it. Just because you dont know something dosen't mean it exists. I think you need to go back to school and take Logic and...

Tinnitus Lasting 10+ Years After One Day at the Shooting Range

You are falling for logical fallacy called "proving non-existence". We cannot prove universal or absolute non existence. I.E God exist until you prove otherwise. There is magic since there is no evidence to prove that there isnt. A CURE FOR T IS OUT THERE, you just don't know about it

Tinnitus Lasting 10+ Years After One Day at the Shooting Range

There could be aliens in Area 51 that you don't know about, just because you don't know something exist doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

Tinnitus Lasting 10+ Years After One Day at the Shooting Range

Tell that to the millions desperate people spent on placebo and pseudo tinnitus cure drugs. Again there is NO cure at the moment! It doesn't matter if they have drugs going through trials, there have been drug trials for AIDs for decades with no results, and it's perfectly truthful to tell them...

Tinnitus Lasting 10+ Years After One Day at the Shooting Range

Hi Dylan Unfortunately there is no cure or anything effective for tinnitus. However, they just released a new device called Lenire and there is a good chance it might be the first of its kind to work for tinnitus. We'll know within the next few months if it's just a dud or a miracle.
