    Did the spike from Taurine eventually calm down? I am in the exact same situation as you.

    N-Acetylcysteine (NAC)

    I took NAC for two days at a dose of 1.2 grams, and it significantly increased my tinnitus. I have read that NAC has permanently worsened tinnitus for some people, and I am really scared. Is it likely that my tinnitus will return to baseline?
