Perplexed

As stated TMJ since mid 30's. July 9, 2019 was in conversation with friend, looked up, and suddenly it was as if everything drained out of me. Dr. Said I had " rug pulled out from under me" was so weak could not talk for 2. Weeks. Have had every test I can think of . I have a book of test results. Had to be my own advocate . All comes back to tinnitus. Can't stand loud noise, when talk too long noise gets worse. Hurts even when my husband takes dishes out of dishwasher. My long time tinnitus went to extreme suddenly and my body was so weak. Gradually, I have gotten some better except still don't have energy once had. Am not same person! Alprazolam is the only thing that helps me keep going. Had 3anxiety attacks in beginning. Dr stated was like going 120 in a car and hitting a block wall. Body did not know how to cope with it. Just thankful my husband had completed radiation from throat cancer. Is now cancer free. Right now I have just the reg. ear ringing which I had learned to live with and manage an office. When I get up and start doing things the roaring usually comes back with white noise so have to sit down. This is my life but I thank God for alprozalam! Has anyone been through this????? All help welcomed ! God bless ! PS. I am a personality A type and never say down and worked 50-70 hours week to keep office going. I feel like people don't understand! Existing! Thank you!
