    Mine seemed to increase when I got vaccinated. It was manageable before that so I went the first 5 months without doing anything.

    Hi just curious how the naltrexone working for u? Is it LDN?

    I chop up a 50mg pill myself. I try to take as close to 5mg as possible.

    It's hard to for sure tell it helps or not. It doesn't hurt at all for sure.

    It seems like it helps to take tye edge off the noise but here I am typing this with it whisling away and it's annoying.

    It certainly doesn't lower the volume at all.

    Sorry to hear it isn't lowering the volume I am looking to start it next week. Did prednisone help u at all? It did help me that's what I'm basing my expectations of LDN on lol
